At TREVO, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Delivery

Orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Eligibility

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we offer a free exchange within 3–5 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged

How To Request An Exchange

  2. Share your order number along with photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review and guide you through the exchange process

Processing

Once approved, exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Damaged Or Wrong Item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos — we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you.
